You are able to license a non-internet-connected machine via an internet-connected machine using the OtsReg manual method. This process involves three major steps.
Step 1.
The first step involves pasting your Product License into the OtsReg dialog box. See below for an example of a Product License.
Step 2.
The second step involves taking the Machine License REQUEST, which is generated by OtsTurntables, to an internet-connected-machine and pasting it into the OtsZone.com web page. See below for an example of a Machine License REQUEST.
Step 3.
The third and final step involves taking the Machine License, which OtsZone.com has generated, back to the non-internet-connected machine and pasting it into the OtsReg window. See below for an example of a Machine License.
You will need to use a text editor, like Notepad, during the licensing process. You will need to create a simple text file that you will use to transport the license information between the non-internet-connected machine and the Internet connected machine. You will also need a transportable medium to transfer the text file, a floppy disk will suffice.
You can find Notepad by going to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad.
In preparation you will need to copy the Product License into Notepad and save the file onto a floppy disk, save it as License.txt.
How to create the License.txt file
Highlight your Product License, all 10 lines of text. (Your Product License can be found in your OtsTurntables License email or can be retrieved from OtsZone.com).
Right-click and select Copy.
Open Notepad, go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad.
Right-click and select Paste.
Go to File -> Save in the Notepad menu, name the file License.txt.
Copy this file onto a floppy disk so you can transport it to the non-internet-connected machine.
Step 1.
On your non-internet-connected machine open OtsTurntables.
Click on the 
button and click on the
Licensing Information option.
Click on the Enter/Edit button. This will open the Enter/Edit Product License dialog box.
Open up Notepad, navigate to the License.txt file on your floppy disk.
Copy your Product License (right-click and select copy).
Go back to OtsTurntables and click on the Paste button.
Click on the OK button.
Step 2.
Click on the Obtain button in the OtsReg dialog box. This will take you to the Obtain Machine License from OtsZone.com dialog box where you will need to copy the Machine License REQUEST, which OtsTurntables has generated. The Machine License REQUEST is 5 lines of text in total, see example below.
In the Manual Method section click on the Copy button.
Go to your License.txt file and paste the Machine License REQUEST underneath your Product License.
Note: make sure that you keep your Machine License REQUEST separate from your Product License.
Go to File -> Save in the Notepad menu.
Take the floppy disk to your internet-connected-machine.
Go to the following address http://OtsZone.com/license.html The web page will prompt you for the "Machine License REQUEST".
Go to your License.txt file, on your floppy disk, and copy the Machine License REQUEST.
Paste the Machine License REQUEST into the Machine License REQUEST text area.
Click on the Create License.... button.
Copy the Machine License, this is a single line of text, see example below.
Go to your License.txt file and paste the Machine License underneath your Machine License REQUEST.
Note: make sure that you keep your Machine License separate from the other license information.
Go to File -> Save in the Notepad menu.
Step 3.
Take the floppy disk back to the non-internet-connected machine.
Copy the Machine License from your License.txt file, on your floppy disk.
Click on the Paste button in the OtsReg Obtain Machine License dialog box.
Click on the OK button.
Click on the Run Application button.
The Product License is 10 lines of text in total, see sample below.
