You are able to retrieve your OtsTurntables Bedroom/Silver/Pro Product License 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the OtsZone.com servers (baring server maintenance downtime or outages).
Go to http://OtsZone.com
Click on the My Licenses link in the left-hand menu.
Log into OtsZone.com with your profile email address and password.
Note: The password can be re-sent to your profile email address if you have forgotten it. Select this option under the log-in form.
Click on the PDI link that you want to retrieve the Product License for.
Highlight all 10 lines of text.
Right-click and select Copy.
Paste directly into the OtsReg window.
OR
Paste into a text file for safe keeping, or to transport to another computer.
