Click the Windows [Start] button.
Select Settings -> Control Panel.
Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
Click on the Install/Uninstall button. Then select OtsTurntables from the list of programs that can be automatically removed.
Click the Remove... button to uninstall OtsTurntables.
