How to create a new OtsAV icon

First go to the OtsAV icon on the Desktop, or go to Start -> Programs -> Ots Labs -> OtsAV -> OtsAV, and right-click.
Select Create Shortcut. This action will create a new icon on your Desktop.
Right-Click and Rename the new icon with a meaningful name.
