How to retrieve my Product License from

You are able to retrieve your Product License 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the servers (baring server maintenance downtime or outages).

Note: The password can be re-sent to your profile email address if you have forgotten it. Select this option under the log-in form.

Tip: If you cannot see any licenses displayed after logging in to your profile, you may have created several profiles. You must login to the profile where your license(s) were originally purchased to access your Product License(s).
