You are able to rate an Item in OtsAV and later use the rating information for selective playlist generation. Rating your music is subjective; ratings will vary from person to person. Rating 10 is the highest rating and rating 0 is the lowest.
Right-click on the Item or Album you wish to rate.
Select the Rating -> Set As option and select the rating amount. Rating 10 is the highest rating and rating 0 is the lowest.
Alternatively you can double-click on an Item and select the rating from the Rating drop down menu in the Album/Item Information dialog box.
Note: You are able to hide Items which have a rating of zero from view in the Media Library and Search dialog box. This feature is handy if you do not want Items available for play, e.g. Items with explicit lyrics. Go to Options -> Media Library & Search Dialog -> and select the Hide Items which have a rating of zero option.
