A/V Sync Compensation

In some cases, the audio and video data within a file can be out of sync. This can be due to poor DVD mastering, or problems when converting from the source material.

Using the A/V Sync Cal section of the VCI chunk, you can adjust the video playback to perfectly match the audio.

Note: You should calibrate the A/V Sync of your hardware before proceeding.

Press Play to start playback of the video and audio. Using the +10, -10, +1, and -1 buttons, adjust the sync of the video playback to match the audio of the song.

Tip: The easiest way to see if the video is in sync with the audio is to look for the artist singing, or scene changes that generally occur on a beat.
