Setting the First and Last video frames
The VCI chunk also allows you to specify the first and last viewable video frames. To start the video playback at a specific frame, use the progress bar and navigation buttons to locate the required frame, then click on Set as First.
Repeat the process for the last frame, using the Set as Last button to set the frame as the last visible frame during playback.
Note: When changing the First and Last viewable frames, during playback in OtsAV the audio from the item will play as normal, however only the video frames between the First and Last frames will be shown.
